Prior to joining Thrive, he built Client Success and Account Management programs at two successful software startups and participated on their leadership teams where he helped raise multiple rounds of funding. At Thrive, Louie is responsible for the overall customer strategy ensuring new accounts onboard effectively and achieve the results desired for years to come.
