One of the prolonged trends we’ve been highlighting for the last few quarters is the rebound, in particular, of Sales leadership hiring.We’re now four straight quarters into quarter over quarter search volume growth, with year over year growth hitting 25%.And the pipeline looks strong.Search velocity has improved for Sales & Business development roles during that time frame, especially as it relates to finding the placed candidate (50% faster).As demand climbs and pipelines remain strong, however, comp is starting to come down, dropping 7% in the last two quarters. Still historically high, but not quite as high.While the market is hot, it appears that there may be a full enough pipeline to meet demand.
