  • Leadership demand from privately held companies is nearly 2X the previous peak in 2021. Surface level, this appears to be a result of less PE involvement in M&A deals over the last several quarters.
  • C-level demand remains nearly half of all opened searches, but searches for Director & Below level has started to rebound. Might this be an early indicator that the market is opening up?
  • The median public company OTE for newly hired executives is up more than 20% YoY—the most significant YoY compensation change of any asset class.
