Despite softer demand for executive talent, compensation for newly hired execs has remained steady so far in Q2. Median base compensation remains flat quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year at $300K. Median bonus compensation is down slightly, quarter-over-quarter at $124K (from $125K), but still up nearly 13% over Q2 2024 (from $110K). While trend-lines are flat QoQ, they are down over Q4 2024’s high-water marks ($311K base, $128 bonus).
