Newly placed executives are on pace to hit their highest levels since Q3 2022. That growth, however, has mostly come from outside the C-Suite, which is currently down 5 raw percentage points quarter over quarter. Assuming linear performance for September, Q3 placements will see: C-Suite hiring fall 4% Head of-SVP hiring grow 8% Director & Below hiring grow 77% If this change holds, it would be a significant deviation from the post-COVID slump, which saw a growing concentration of hiring happening at the C-Suite (all the way through last quarter, which peaked at 49% of all executive placements).
