Median OTE for newly placed executives is down 10% over Q1 through the first two months of Q2. The quarter-to-date comp slow down means median OTE is trending below $400K for the first time since early 2021. The dip is near universal across seniority levels, with each of the main levels in our dataset levels (C-level, S/VP-level, Director-level) falling in concert. With June all but wrapped, we’ll have a read on the quarter’s final month of comp data in short order. For now, though, it looks like the market is resetting.
